En Social Media existen ciertas normas que aunque aparentemente pueden parecernos básicas y fundamentales, conviene repasarlas y tenerlas muy presentes. A veces no las tenemos en cuenta y aunque sea sin darnos cuenta, tenerlas presentes puede resultarnos realmente útil.
No están todas las que son pero si todas las que están. Más de una veintena de premisas y normas que aunque puedan resultarnos evidentes, merecen la pena ser recordadas.
- Párate a pensar, ¿le hablarías a una persona cara a cara de la misma forma?
- ¡Todo el mundo es un influenciador!
- Si tus fans difunden tu contenido sin tu permiso ¡ofrécele tu ayuda!
- Si te limitas a responder quejas, ¡será todo lo que te envíen los usuarios!
- Soluciona problemas de personas que hablen sobre ti, incluso si no están dirigidos a ti
- No intentes ser list@: ¡sé listo@!
- A tus seguidores les interesa lo que desayunas?. ¡Si tu marca es de alimentación!
- Tus fans tienen el poder sobre tu marca
- Si quieres llegar al boca a boca utiliza la publicidad pagada y sé original
- El ordenador de sobremesa es territorio conquistado, el móvil es ¡campo de batalla!
- Dispón siempre de un plan de crisis
- No hagas a tu público ir de la A a la Z para luego pasarse por la Y. Quédate en la A
- No utilices los anuncios para difundir contenido aburrido. Utilízalos para acelerar la difusión del contenido que sí está teniendo éxito
- Olvídate de individuales. Crea contenidos para instar a que se formen grupos
- Si el social media te aburre es porque estás intentando conseguir más valor del que tú creas
- Piensa que a las vanidosas métricas les gustan los seguidores?
- Los concursos y las loterías están bien si quieres estimular a tus seguidores durante un corto plazo
- Las personas no quieren comprar en donde socializan
- El social media no se encuentra en una burbuja, puedes combinarlo perfectamente con los medios tradicionales
- Está bien llevar a nuevos usuarios a tu página web en lugar de a tu Facebook
- Actualiza tu página o bórrala
- Acoge los comentarios negativos sobre tu marca
- No todo sale bien, ¡menos mal!
- Si los intentos de monetización suben, la experiencia del consumidor baja
- Las personas luchan por su privacidad
- El público prefiere hablar con ?chismes Pepita? que con ?chismes?
